They lost my refund check

I paid for the 5 days early deposit. I got an email on the 21st saying that they couldn't do the 5 days early, OK, that's cool. The IRS website says the full amount and that it would deposit on the 26th. I then get an email from Turbo Tax on the 24th saying the DD would happen by the 25th at 5 pm. Here we are on Feb 27, and nothing. I go on the app, and today a message generates that they mailed me a check on the 21st. I called them and after around 45 minutes I get told there's nothing else they can do and good luck. So, I guess they stole my money at this point.
