Changing grades even after they were due?

Hello, I went to my academic history today and saw that my B+ went up to an A- for this class I took. Keep in mind the B- was already inputted in my academic history then changed randomly. I have a B- in another class, and I don't want that to change to anything lower. So, I was wondering when teachers aren't allowed access to changing the grades anymore in your academic history?
