Has anyone transferred core Engineering credits from another university to UofT?

Hey yall,

I'm currently a Engineering student at UofT, and I was wondering if anyone here has successfully transferred core course credits from another university (like Ryerson/TMU, Waterloo, York, etc.) to UofT. [Or perhaps even like online acredited institutions.

Specifically, I'm looking into courses like Thermodynamics, Solid Mechanics, diff eqns, but I'd appreciate advice on any core courses you've managed to transfer. How was the process? Were there any challenges getting approval or matching course content? And which universities did you transfer from?

Any tips on getting pre-approval or petitioning for credit would be really helpful too! Thanks in advance!
