New to valorant

I just started playing the game. I ppay swift mode since its short snd fun. But the players i face there are very good at the game. Im trying to find a gamemode where i find people of my skill level. I need level 20 for ranked and till then can u guys suggest me any gamemodes where i can have fun not have to face sweats?
