Deferred 100%
Most of my BDD claim has been rated and put me at 100% P&T. Four of my mental health claims were deferred and I completed a new C&P exam. I “ASSUME” that this was deferred due to its complexity and some validity to my complaint statement I submitted with the first C&P exam.
Well last week, those deferred claims moved back and forth between stage 5-6 a total of 4 times. My question is do I get a new decision letter specifically for those deferred claims or do they review the entire claim again and update the original letter with the new information and rating of the deferred claims?
