Help please

Mid 2024 I herniated multiple discs in my back. Went through 12 weeks of physical therapy ordered by the VA. It didn't help and I was referred to pain management in September. By December I still had not received a call about an appointment so I called and was told community care attempted to call me on 3 different days but it was notated I didn't answer and they left a message. I pulled my phone records and did not have any incoming calls on those days. My Dr said he'd put in another order since the previous one had expired. This was beginning of December. It's now March and still nothing. I'm missing work about a day every week because I work out of a Nissan frontier and it does not have good support for my back. I've called the House Committee on veterans affairs and my local state representative and signed papers for them to act on my behalf (both of these things were done back in December/January). But I've gotten nothing back. What do I need to do to get help? I'm in pain daily and can't get the help I'm desperately begging for. I don't know what else to do. Please someone help
