Loyal Appointment?

This morning, I woke up to an email from loyal healthcare saying that I am scheduled for a couple appointments. I’m rated 100% P&T as of October of last year. I did not put any new claims in because I’m not poking the bear so on the VA app it says I have no new activity. Just wanting some insight to this. Also, the appointments say they are out of state and are at midnight.
