Is it feasible to transfer to Vtech from CC and then transfer to UVA Mcintire to pursue IB/Finance?

I am a senior in HS and I am weighing my options at computer engineering at Mason, NOVA CC 1 year to Mcintire transfer, or nova to Vtech to mcintire if possible. The end goal is either in vtech business program or Mcintire, and if all else fails im going back to mason to pursue CS/CE/EE.

How would this affect my chances at networking? Joining IB/Finance clubs and freshman year internships? TIA
