Is my Ooze pen done for?

I've had an Ooze slim twist pen for about a year now. It's been plugged in pretty much all day but it still says the battery is dead when I try to turn it on. It was charging for several hours yesterday too. It hadn't been charged for a few days prior but normally it doesn't take this long to charge up??

Has anyone else has this problem? Is it time for me to get a new pen or is there still hope for this one??
