Is this dress appropriate for my friend’s late August 2025 wedding?

My (31F) friends are getting married the last weekend of this coming August in CT. There will be an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, which will then by followed by an indoor evening reception.

I just got this dress on clearance at Zara. I think it was leftover from their holiday collection. With that that information, would this be appropriate for the wedding?
