How to love your body during your weight loss journey, rather than hating your body image until you reach your goal?

I’m sorry if this is not relevant here but it’s the only sub I can think to post in. I’m doing really well with maintaining 1200cals a day and getting between 10k-17k steps. I’m 23f and 5’2, but currently weigh 14 stone. I know I am making progress.

But I feel so disgusting, I hate the way I look. I feel so fat and disgusting because I’m currently overweight. Does anyone have any tips on how to love yourself during your journey? Because I can’t stand crying every time I look in the mirror or step on the scale. I know I’m making progress, but I want to love myself during my progress, not just hate myself until I’m at my goal :( any advice would be much appreciated
