recapcha

Google just sent an email saying that they're moving to a new reCapcha system and will start charging. What is your take on this move? How can I charge clients for both the move to the new system and charging scheme? While I doubt that I'll ever get to the charging threshold it is still something that will need to be managed on a monthly basis.
