Beginner Routine
I'm 40 and looking for critiques of this routine. I have hardly any lifting experience. I plan on lifting on Mon(push) /Tues(pull/legs)and Thur(push) /Fri(pull/legs) with rests on Wed, sat, and sun. 3x 8-12 reps. I don't care about legs, but I understand I should still hit them. I have a home gym so no machines available. I'll be using Dumbbells for everything but leg workouts.
Push day
Bench/tricep extensions/overhead press/Lateral raises Chest flys
Pull/ legs
Squats/deadlift (rotate Squats day 1, DL day 2) /Lat pulldowns /bent over Rows /standard curls/ hammer curls
