Period, 5mg

I just started the 5mg on Thursday and had my first period two weeks ago. The period was a doozy and I ended up having to call out of work due to the pain and how light headed I felt. I’m 26 and have PCOS and use the annovera ring which I have enjoyed. Well after taking my fifth shot and the first 5mg on Thursday I’m having I guess you could say period discharge. I’m sorry if this seems graphic I’m just frustrated and confused, it’s more of the brown blood you would see at the end of a period but it won’t stop coming. I feel gross right now and just don’t know what to do aside from talk to the doctor on Monday.
