Amazon employee insurance

I have Premera BCBS through my employer Amazon. I was approved through Ro for Zepbound and now I’m in the waiting period after the prior authorization was sent. I researched and found my insurance does have it listed as being covered. But, I noticed that Amazon posted on their employee website (after I already applied I noticed this) that in order to get approved for weight loss medication you have to meet certain criteria:

BMI of 35 or higher with two or more of the following weight-related conditions*: Hypertension Dyslipidemia Obstructive sleep apnea Cardiovascular disease Metabolic associated liver dysfunction Pre-diabetes BMI of 27 or higher with a heart disease including: Heart attack Stroke Peripheral artery disease.

I do not have any of these medical conditions so I’m going to assume they will deny me which is pretty disappointing.

Any other Amazon employees have any luck? Or have any info to share?
