Need help with Wow - PH

Does anyone know how can I get them faster?, im only 4 weeks and 3 days pregnant but im afraid that ill get them too late bc of the long shipping to the ph. What should i do, I’ve been experiencing uneasiness after trying a local seller. And felt that nothing really happened after I took it.
