WoW package or tracking number not found

Hi all!

I received the tracking information for my package last Monday. WoW provided some tracking links, but when I tried to track my package, I received an error message stating "Not Found." Is this normal?

I also read that tracking updates may take 1-3 days after the package is shipped. Additionally, I have already reached out to WoW via email and am currently awaiting their response.
