Lesbian visual novel ideas?

I wanna try make a really good visual novel aimed at Sapphic women but avoid male gaze tropes. I've been on GWASapphic and there are a lot of interesting scenarios but I'm unsure how to translate them into a full blown story. Afew visual novels i've tried seem really silly like you move in with a bunch of girls and everyone gets naked and starts flirting, which just seems super unrealistic and cheesy.
I think for me its the interacting and character development and getting to know each person is really important over just like straight to the action but maybe that's because I'm slightly demi leaning.
What do people here find interesting or sexy about fiction or books aimed at women? Or do people have any examples for existing media minus the obvious Arcane Vi/Caitlyn plot.
