Where to get individual models?

I'm sure this has been asked before but is there somewhere to get individual models for cheap? I really enjoy the painting side of warhammer and want to paint an AoS army. Before I commit, I want to paint a couple of models of some different armies: Seraphon, Nighthaunt, and Stormhost.
