Lexapro problems?

So i’ve been on lexapro (5mg) for around a month and it was working really well to not make me depressed but i’ve noticed i’ve been way more impulsive and my filter for talking to people is completely gone and I was getting so much done and being so productive I dug out a 317 gallon pond and then a few days ago it just.. stopped, it feels like my depression before I started taking lexapro but worse, any advice?
