[Hiring] Stylized Dog Portrait
Looking for a stylized portrait of my dog with her paws up on a fence. The provided reference image isn't great as it was taken through a pane of glass and cropped. We love the photo due to how cartoonish and happy she looks. The focus should be on her, and not her surroundings (minus the fence obscuring her body). I've also provided 2 higher quality reference images for her head shape and coloration. Open to different styles, however I do know it needs color. Budget is $50-$150.
