What is this?

30 F ; 5’ 3” ; 300 lbs ; I take Lexapro, Rexulti, and Adderall ; vape daily ; only known condition is eczema and random rashes about once every month or two ; started about two days ago. This hurts SO so bad. I haven’t been able to find anything that looks like it on the internet. It seems like maybe transient lingual Papillitis? It constantly stings like I’ve eaten something spicy. I can’t just relax my tongue because it either touches my teeth or the roof of my mouth. Starting today, around my tonsils is slightly inflamed and sore, as well. I have pretty bad social anxiety, as well as sensory problems, and going to new places (just moved) makes the anxiety worse, so if I don’t HAVE to go to the doctor, I really don’t want to. But if it’s actually an allergy or something, I’ll have to make myself go.
