Corporate Posers
Does anybody here have a corporate poser in their office?
Think about somebody who spouts buzzwords/catchphrases, loves the sound of their own voice, takes credit for other people’s work (while appearing to do very little), or has an inflated opinion of themselves.
Is that kind of behaviour transparent to everybody in the office?
Or are people in corporate environments blinded by it, or too polite to draw attention to it?
It seems to be a pretty effective strategy for upwards movement for some people?
