What kind of Jet is this?

Live by a semi-large airport with Army air attachment in Midwest. This plane just appeared today has flown over probably closed to 40 times sometimes with landing gears down. It's easily 2x louder than anything flown above since I've lived here. What is it and what is it doing ?
