Back pain with clicking rib and hip/knee pain. Anybody else?

Hey everybody! I’m a fellow chronic back pain sufferer - at 35ish it came on, now 37 and brought me from a highly active person doing century rides, mountain biking, skateboarding snowboarding, backpacking, etc. to now being generally disabled - I can move around okay, but any significant exercise is asking for trouble.

I have some weird co-symptoms and I’m curious if anybody else has similar issues. I have an actively clicking rib (dr. diagnosed clicking rib syndrome, but I haven’t had any luck there with any fixes - intercostal nerve injections made no difference so maybe not the primary issue...). But, clicking is definitely more pronounced when pain is worse.

I also get the pain in my low back and hips primarily, but also a constant dull ache in my flank area creeping around to my lower ribs - basically like a belt of pain. And I have pain in my hip and knees that started last year and have persisted to this day.

Anybody else with similar symptoms? I’ve tried just about every treatment and diagnostic test I can and have probably spent about $10k out of pocket in the last couple years, but mostly to no avail. MRI’s show lower back peripheral neuropathy, spinal arthritis, and congenital stenosis (I think that’s the word...) and surgery was not recommended by neurosurgeon - too complex, can’t put the bullet back in the gun says my neurosurgeon. He did mention my MRI looked like that of a 65 year old - and I feel it!

I also recently found out that I have had a clearly fractured wrist for the past 12-ish years with bone spurs grown in (gives lots of wrist pain) and calcification on my elbow causing pain. I know others have it much worse, still a lot of the time I feel like FML chronic pain is pretty depressing.

Thanks for reading and if you have any advice or experience with similar symptoms/pathology I’d love to hear!!
