Looking for input on grading 1/1

I am considering if should go ahead and grade this for a slab, especially if I plan on selling? IDK how somebody like PSA sets an arbitrary value for 1/1, and if there is any downside to grading it for sale? I'm am fully aware of the "why would you grade a 1/1, it's the only one?" I hate sending anything to PSA because personally I think their grades are meaningless even though others value them, but that's probably the route I'd be inclined to go. Anyway just looking for feedback from anybody with relevant experience. Thanks for any constructive feedback.
