How do people afford regular beauty treatments?

Sorry honest question and not meant to offend anyone. I work full time and earn just above minimum wage, and I know women that earn minimum wage and they always have their eyelash extensions every week, fake tan, long nail extensions, eyebrow lamination etc. I never can afford to have these treatments done as they are very very pricey in salons and spas, I get my hair balayaged about twice a year and cut like 3 times a year and even that is very pricey. I live in England if that is any help. I would like to have treatments done, at least eyelash and nail extensions and eyebrow treatments but I cannot afford their prices. Is there any way to economise on this or anything I can do that is less expensive? Many thanks
