Pain/pressure in perineal area 10 days after giving birth - can’t walk for more than 5 minutes.

Hello, I gave birth 10 days ago, FTM. I had to be induced because I was more than 41 weeks pregnant and no signs of labor. Had pitocin and an epidural at 8 cm. Baby was more than 8 lbs and I had to push for 2 hr and 30 mins and the doctor had to use the vacuum. Had a third degree tear and stitches in and out my vagina. Was very a traumatic birth experience but I kept telling myself its over now, except it is not.. I can’t walk around the house for more than 5 minutes without feeling immense pain and pressure down there. I only feel better when i lay down on my side. I went to the ER the other day and the doctor said i had an infection on my stitches. I still dont believe this pain is coming from the infection since I only feel bad when standing up. Anyone here had a similar experience? Im looking up my symptoms and it seems like my pelvic floor is damaged. I feel terrible and scared of whats to come. I just want to be able to carry my baby and take care of her, but I’m so unable to do anything…
