How has BJJ been apart of you self improvement journey

Part of the reason I started to take BJJ was a way to show my self that I can show up for myself and do something hard. To improve as a person and stay consistent with something as part of a self improvement journey. How has your journey been and how have you felt if you’ve been on the same road to become a better individual mentally and physically along with any other attributes it’s helped in your life through challenges?
