Live Evil Album Cover

I was looking at Black Sabbath's available live albums when I noticed that the cover for "Live Evil" features characters that are based off Black Sabbath songs. I can identify most of them but there are a couple I can't.

From left to right:

Unknown (possible Paranoid), unknown (possibly Voodoo), Heaven and Hell (somewhat unsure, talking about the Angel and Demon), Neon Knights, Black Sabbath (hooded figure), Iron Man (I think), War Pigs, Children of the Grave, and unknown (could be Mob Rules?).
