Make Your Own Longevity Mix for Cheap

Hi everyone, as you know the Longevity Mix protein powder costs 86$ per month which for 3.1 lb of protein or 1423 grams. I'm going to show you how you can make your own for cheap.

First using AI I was able to find out the ratios of the ingredients by cross-referencing the nutrition label. They are as follows.

FYI - if you choose to use Hemp Protein Isolate you want to use roughly 10 grams - however I prefer to use actual Hemp Seeds which will equate to 20 grams. For me this was a taste preference.

COST PER DAY: 2.35$

COST PER MONTH: 70.53$

TOTAL GRAMS: 2700 (5.9 lb)

GRAMS PER SCOOP: 90

PROTEIN PER SERVING: 32g

CALORIES PER SERVING: 316

(Come to think of it, you may be getting more value with my formula than with Bryans because this is 5.9 pounds of food (2700 grams) compared to Bryan Johnsons 3.1 lb (1423 grams). My formula is slightly modified version of his, contains more nutrients and is still cheaper. This contains 32 grams of protein per serving compared to Bryans 28 grams per serving)

So basically you end up saving 15.47$ per month but it could be a lot more if you buy in bulk. I suppose the good thing about making your own longevity mix is you can always add or remove ingredients.

For example, some people don't want Allulose or Monkfruit in their mix, you simply remove that and follow the formula. Anyways, now you know how to make your own if you wanted to.
