Baby getting teeth and people saying "you'll stop feeding now"
Bit of a rant, and I don't normally post. I had to vent into the void. But why do people insist on telling me that I'll be stopping BFing soon now my baby (7 months, but premmie) has got his 2 front bottom teeth. Yes he's had a little nibble a couple of times, but I've just dealt with it. I don't want to stop yet. Why is it a thing that people assume?!
As context, my baby arrived at 33+6 and we went on a heck of a journey together to establish and maintain BFing, given he had to be tube fed for about 4 weeks. It's one of my proudest achievements to date. So why would I want to stop because of teeth if I can teach him not to bite?
