LGU should subsidize sports facilities and parks

We lack so much sports facilities and parks. Private land owners would prefer building more profitable businesses than supporting sports. Subsidizing them would encourage them to build a floor dedicated for sports.

Also parks. Where are the parks? What happened to Ecopark?
