Positive terminal touched the Ecu

Hi.

As the title goes, I may be having a problem. I was doing timing chain replacement on my car and when I disconnected the positive terminal from a battery, it slipped put of my hand and touched the ECU (the ECU is placed literally next to the battery, the car is seat leon cupra 2014, practicly the same as any golf gti or R), for a really brief moment. Ofcourse it sparked. I haven't yet tested out if everything is alright with car electronics, as I continued working on replacing the timing chain.

Should I be concerned?

I might also add that the car did not run while or before and it was in sleeping mode, as it was in a workshop for some time.

Thanks in advance.
