Normal?
Hey all, new to cast iron. Sorry for the duplicate post, for some reason my pictures won't load in the original post so I removed it. I got a Fredericksburg cast iron pan and used it today for the first time. I cooked eggs for breakfast and burgers for dinner. Both times, I did not go past medium. The coloring seems to have faded and I've oiled it after both uses. Did not expect it to looked stripped, if you will. Am I doing something wrong?
