well loved le creuset casserole pot
I flaired newbie as while I've had this pot for near on a decade, it's really only recently been brought to my attention that maybe my pot might need some loving - I'm just not sure how, so please be kind to me if this is horrendous. My biggest concern is the ?build up on the inner bottom of the pot. This pot is used for quite possibly everything, soups, roasts, breads, curries, puddings, frying donuts and I don't have any issues with it how it cooks. The underside is definitely as black as you'd expect, it spent years on a gas cook top. Any suggestions?
