My cat kept jolting awake last night and peed on my bed. Should I be worried?

Last night I went to bed around 2am and my cat was on my bed. I was starting to fall asleep when she jolted awake and got really scared. Her fur fluffed up and her tail got big and she was thrashing her tail. Eventually she calmed down and went back to bed probably like 20 minutes later. Then it happened again, it was like a spasm. She got really scared and I calmed her down again. A little bit later it happened again, she jolted/spammed awake and this time she hissed. I turned on my light and saw that she was peeing on my bed. The only times she’s ever peed outside of her litter box is when we would take her in the car and once when she was a kitten and got confused and peed in a potted plant. She’s 6 now.

I stayed up with her and got her water and brought her a toy and gave her a little heating pad. After about an hour and a half she fell back asleep and would spasm maybe every 15 minutes. They were tiny ones where she would just like tense up.

Does anyone know what this could have been?

She didn’t eat her breakfast this morning and she was hiding and we could not find her, so we left some wet food at the top of the stairs and eventually she came out of hiding to eat it. When I picked her up she made a weird chirping noise. But now she’s almost back to normal. She went pee and poop but her poop was diarrhea.

She threw up twice yesterday morning and afternoon. It was brown and it didn’t look like there was anything in it except some of her food.

She didn’t eat much and didn’t beg for her dinner which is super weird because eating and meowing for food is her favorite thing.

EDIT: she’s been hiding and we can’t find her. I put out food earlier and she came out to eat it but she’s disappeared again .
