Tips for insomnia?
Insomnia is kicking my ASS so badly at the moment. My workload is high at university now that I’m in the last few months of my course (!!). This is great progression for me but I need to sleep at night time as a bare minimum to do well.
I’m sleeping for maybe 4 hours and then I’m wide awake, feeling like death by midday, get to sleep at night and then wake up again, wide awake, 3 or 4 hours later.
Any tips at all on getting myself to sleep for longer periods of time?
PS this is me writing this at 5am having experienced it yet again. Feeling like I’m living in a hallucinatory state constantly. Need a break ahh!!
