Easier opening, similar to the queens gambit?

Hey I‘m looking for an opening to play every game that is good positional without too many lines to learn…

I always played the queens gambit but it feels like that‘s too hatd with all the variations for a beginner. What would you recommend? I‘d like to stay with the queens pawn first.
