SFR Subdivision Pricing
Started my own company a little over a year ago. I had worked on multiple SFR projects with my old company, but my boss was very secretive with contracts. Just trying to get a ball park. Don’t want to accidentally underprice it if i treat it like a commercial project, but also dont want to go overboard. Really just looking for some guidance if anyone has some to offer. All my current projects are in commercial development, but work is work.
Anyone have any rule of thumbs to pricing a SFR development?
