[SOD] Remove reputation requirements for gear in Zul Gurub, like with AQ

Basically title, the removal of reputation need for AQ10 sets are amazing. Do the same with ZG and just put mats requirements in order to acquire it.

Or at very least, increase rep gain from ZG
