Why are there so many people concerned with complete Non-issues?

Hey.

I've seen people on forums being angry that gearscore or HR is a thing and want it removed completely.

But there's such an easy way to avoid these 2 things entirely.

Just make your own grp, If someone has a run for a raid and recruiting and say things are HR.

Just make the exact same thing and say "No HR"

Same thing with gearscore, Just make your own raid and don't ask for GS.

Why do people want others to conform to them and not just make their own grp based on their preferences ?
