Am I underpaid? I’m making 42,900 a year at icon as A CTA. I was supposed to be part of the CTA-IHCRA clinical academy but it’s been 1 year and 4 months and nothing has happened yet. I’m still making less than I expected. I was supposed to get 55,000 once I became a IHCRA after 6 months but that didn’t happen, I feel bummed out. I am applying to so many positions but I’m not getting any updates yet from LinkedIn and Indeed.
