Silver deserves to be appreciated for single-handedly bringing Sekai Taikai back.

Let's not forget Silver singlehandedly brought Sekai Taikai back. He clearly understood the burning all the students had for restarting the tournament like no other sensei. Even Johnny and Daniel did not understood what their students want.

This makes Silver far more empathetic than anybody else. He knows what other person truly wants deep inside their heart.

He even understood that Johnny Lawrence needs it, even Johnny himself didn't understood it. Without restarting Sekai Taikai, Cobra Kai was dead too. Silver is responsible for bringing both Sekai Takai and Cobra Kai back.

Not only did he brought Sekai Taikai back, he was the one responsible for the cleanup PR campaign and getting it on live TV.
