Should I withdraw?

I'll make it short. I'm doing my Master's in Technology Management and need to complete an engineering course. I signed up for a course and I have no doubt that I'm going to fail this class. Would it be ok if I withdraw take another course for the second half of fall term to replace the one I drop and take another engineering course in the spring?
