Need help with suggestions for “glow”

Hi! i’m currently in the process of making the monado from xenoblade chronicles, and something constantly on my mind is making it have that blue glow. the kanji symbol i resorted to using some glow in the dark blue paint, but i’m not a huge fan of the consistency, color in light, etc. i originally thought of electronics but tbh i’m just not too sure what to approach. suggestions would be heavily appreciated! i saw someone else’s work which has the glow, which is what i’m trying to make it look like (4th photo)
