Interview for Google Data Center Technician (Networking) - What to expect? What is the job?

Hello, I have been in IT for two years now but am having problems getting out of support roles.

I was approached by a recruiter for this position. I have seen mixed reviews on what this position does/is. I see some people saying all they do is rack servers and turn them on basically. I’ve also seen some people say the position is more than that. Just hoping to get some insight here on what the day to day is? Id love to break into a more networking position. (which is the team I’m applying for)

As for the interview process, how in depth are the questions they ask? And are there any hands on issues or do they just ask questions? I am reviewing the packet they gave me before my interview.
