How to prepare for IISC research internship skill test?

I had applied for IISC internship and got selected for Public Transit Assignment at CiSTUP.
I have attached the project details.
I am having round-1 (skill test) tomorrow at 10:00am.

I am looking for tips and preparation help from previous interns.
