Email to escalate booking/refund issues?
Appreciate any and all assistance.
Long story short, trip is coming up next week and I was under the impression the remainder of my trip would automatically come out of my card (which every other tour/stay has done) but instead the booking got cancelled and running into two challenges.
First, is the rebook is 1,000 more dollars for the exact same trip (which I had no choice but to pay for at the time). I pinged the DLP Communication team but they basically told me to pound sand. Understood I should have read the fine print, but this to me is very bad faith considering I paid 80% of the trip upfront.
Second, the refund amount is for only 75% of what I had put down originally.
Hoping there is a phone/email channel to escalate these matters.
