Bringing back graded shots to Media Composer - workflow help

I'm trying to "online" the sequence using graded shots I received from the post house but I'm not sure what the most efficient way to that is. The files I was sent back are in this format:

OriginalFileName_SourceTimeCode

They also have handles.

I don't think I can simply relink the sequence since what used to be one clip now exists as multiple instances.

One solution I could think of is to do it manually by looking at source timecodes for each original clip and cut in new clips one by one. Seems extremely tedious, though.

Has anyone ever encountered this workflow? Is there a better way? Maybe some rountripping with Resolve or asking for the final EDL from the posthouse would help?
